record.

The problem
Compliance tools have not changed in twenty years.
Westlaw, LexisNexis, and legacy publishers still require you to know the CFR section before you can find it. Safety managers, field supervisors, and compliance officers deserve better. Atlas lets you describe the situation. It finds the law.
Data coverage
What is inside Atlas.

How it works
From question to cited answer in three steps
Ask in plain English
Describe your compliance situation. No need to know the CFR section. Atlas understands context.
Hybrid retrieval across 1.2 million regulatory sections
Vector search plus keyword retrieval across every CFR title, OSHA enforcement record, and Letter of Interpretation. Updated daily from eCFR.
Cited answer in under 2 seconds
Every factual claim is linked to its source. You see the exact regulation text, the enforcement record, and the confidence level. Nothing is fabricated.
Architecture: Hybrid vector and keyword retrieval across 1.2 million regulatory sections spanning 33 federal agencies. Daily ingestion from eCFR. Zero hallucinated citations -- every citation resolves to a live source document. Model-agnostic retrieval layer; the index is swappable independent of the AI model.

FAQ
Common questions
Every citation in an Atlas answer is linked to a real source document. The system retrieves from the actual text of CFR titles, OSHA enforcement records, and Letters of Interpretation. If Atlas cannot find a grounding source, it says so rather than fabricating one.
No. This is the core promise. Atlas uses grounded retrieval -- not generation from memory -- to produce every citation. Each citation chip in an answer resolves to an actual document. If Atlas cannot ground a claim, it displays a lower confidence indicator and says so explicitly.
eCFR content is ingested daily. OSHA enforcement data is updated on OSHA's public release schedule. Letters of Interpretation are added as they are published.
